End-of-service calculator

Estimate the minimum end-of-service gratuity under Qatar Labour Law No. 14 of 2004, or what your contract promises.

Your details

Basic salary only. Leave out housing, transport and other allowances.
Unpaid leave may not count as service.

How this is calculated

Under Article 54 of Qatar’s Labour Law (No. 14 of 2004), a worker with at least one year of service is entitled to gratuity of not less than three weeks’ basic wage for each year of service, with part-years counted in proportion. This calculator uses (basic monthly salary ÷ 30) × days per year × years of service.

This is an estimate, not legal advice. Your employer may deduct amounts you owe, and your contract may be more generous. End-of-service guide
