Your account
- You must be 18 or older. Sign in with your own email, mobile number, Google or Apple account. One account per person. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself.
- You are responsible for what you post and for the accuracy of your business details.
What you may not post
- Anything illegal in Qatar or against public morals, or anything that insults any religion.
- Alcohol, pork products, drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, adult content, visa or job "agent" offers that charge fees, and anything else the law prohibits.
- Scams, misleading prices or reviews, spam, other people's personal data, or content you have no right to share.
Moderation
- New accounts' first posts, all businesses and all reviews are checked before they appear. We may reject or remove content, and suspend or ban accounts, that break these terms. When we reject something we try to tell you why.
- Please use the report buttons if you see something wrong.
Businesses, quotes and deals
- QatarSteps connects people with businesses. We are not a party to any agreement, price or payment between you, and we do not handle payments.
- The Verified badge means we checked that the business's Commercial Registration exists. It is not a guarantee of quality. Check the work and agree terms before you pay.
- Reviews can only be written by customers who accepted that business's quote. Businesses cannot pay to remove or change reviews.
Guides and tools
Guides and tools are general information to help you, not legal or financial advice. Government rules and fees change: always check the official source before acting. QatarSteps is not a government website.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us to show it on QatarSteps and in our apps, and to use it to run and promote the service, until you delete it or your account.
Liability
We work hard to keep QatarSteps accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from dealings between users or from relying on guide content.
Changes and contact
- We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you on the website before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
